The management of our firm’s investment opportunities and considerable client
resources are ever-evolving. Our client services group and internal business partners

long-lasting client relationships. And our marketing efforts currently center on promoting
the firm and its services by creating and distributing messaging to engage audiences
through digital platforms.
We now want to grow and develop a relationship-building, hands-on marketing team
around Arkansas and beyond the state’s borders in strategic areas. We are actively
looking for statewide and regional advisors for our advisor group with current industry
experience.

 

 

 

What You’ll Do
As a regional or statewide advisor for our firm, you will serve a critical function within our
growing organization. As an advisor, you will work with various households and
institutions to grow and support client experiences through direct servicing and
interfacing to identify new opportunities and advance relationships with an
understanding of clients needs and expectations.

 

Your primary objectives will be to:

1). promote Hexagon Capital Partner’s investment
process and assist in the development of ideas,

 

2). create solutions for our clients and

 

3). support our clients in the development of sound business practices.

 

 

In addition, you will be:
• Working closely with our home office to execute the investment process and servicing strategy
• Proactively making service and sales calls to build relationships with prospective and current clients
• Ensuring exceptional client service is delivered and exceeded at all touchpoints
• Adhering to a flexible working arrangement – a hybrid of in-office and remote working days

• Use strong analytical skills to take on day-to-day tasks
• Are interested in understanding all aspects of the retail investment management
business
• Can work independently and collaboratively as part of the home office team
• Have proven leadership experience
• Hold a bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, economics or marketing
• Have had a minimum 2 years of financial industry experience
• Can provide a current list of clients, preferred
• Are registered with Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses, strongly recommended
